We're thrilled that you're considering enrolling your child at St. Paul's Lutheran School. Details are below and registration is now easier than ever. 

Enrollment Process

Enrollment at St. Paul’s Lutheran School includes the completion of an Application for Admission with a non-refundable enrollment fee, an interview with the Principal, and the most recent report card (Gr. 1-8 transfer students).  Previous school and immunization records and a physical are also required of all new students to St. Paul’s.  Children entering Kindergarten must be five years old before August 1st.

Class size in grades 5-8 is limited to twenty-nine students per class for single session classes, and twenty-five per class for grades 1-4.  The limit in kindergarten is twenty students.

Priority for enrollment is as follows:

1.)  Students and families currently enrolled in Grades K -8;  

2.)  St. Paul’s Lutheran Church members;  

3.)  Students with no church membership;  

4.)  Students who are Lutheran, but not members of St. Paul’s;  

5.)  Students who are members of another Church.

Re-enrollment is to be completed by February 15 to ensure enrollment for the coming school year and can be done online through our FastDirect system. To re-enroll your child, click here and choose "Registration" on the left menu. Ensure that you are logged in to complete.  A non-refundable re-enrollment fee is collected each year.

When classes are held in two sections, class assignments are made at the end of the school year for the following fall.  They are announced in an issue of the Summer School Bulletin.  Assignments are made by the teachers of the current and next year’s classes in consultation with the Resource Teacher.  Consideration is given to the following:  equal numbers of boys and girls, previous mix of students, a mix of student academic ability and learning styles, student behavior, and organizational needs.

Re-Enrollment Process

Now is the time for each family to re-enroll your school age children at St. Paul’s by completing the online re-enrollment by February 15, 2019.  All re-enrollment will be done online through Fast Direct again this year. If you have any questions regarding re-enrollment, your Fast Direct password (school office) and or the tuition and fees for 2019-2020, please contact Mrs. Janet Profilet, a School Board member, or the school office.  There is a $175.00 non-refundable re-enrollment fee that must be paid by February 15, 2019, to secure a place in a classroom for your child(ren). The fee can be paid online through the school website or by check in the school office. New families are also able to apply online via the school website, so if you have friends, neighbors, or co-workers that you are recruiting to our school, you can talk them through that process although we would like to schedule a personal visit and meeting prior to that point. Each student is received a 2019-2020 school calendar and the 2019-2020 Tuition and Fee Sheet last week.

Online Re-enrollment Procedures:

  • Log into your Fast Direct Account (Please contact the school office if you need help logging in.)

  • Click here to be linked Fast Direct.

  • Once logged in, click YES then SUBMIT on the appropriate box in the red registration 2019-2020 tab (the program should have automatically promoted your child to the correct grade level for next year). 

  • Do not forget that your re-enrollment is not complete until you pay the $175 registration fee.

If you are enrolling a new student for the first time, but are a current family (i.e. kindergartner or sibling), there is a new student registration button, also on the main page of your Fast Direct page. If you are enrolling a new sibling (kindergarten or other grade), you will need to complete a new registration form (paper copy—available to print off the website, received from the school office or linked below). Do not forget that your re-enrollment is not complete until you pay the $175 registration fee.

The re-enrollment period this year takes place over the next few weeks through Friday, February 15, 2019. Please be prompt with your re-enrollment. This is critical for appropriate staffing and facility utilization. The family re-enrollment fee remains the same at $175 for the coming school year. However, the late fee will increase $50 after February 15 and then again an additional $50 after April 15 with a maximum of $275. This policy is for those students re-enrolling. As always, the enrollment fee for new students remains $175. If you are enrolling a student at both the school and ECC, the $175 per family fee applies. You do not need to pay $175 to both the school and ECC.
