We pledge to review all mandated and suggested policies and guidelines from the CDC, pediatricians, and St. Louis County leaders while maintaining our Lutheran heritage, our St. Paul’s identity, and family culture. We will use our best judgment, seek best practices, use good-faith measures, and create reasonable and common-sense approaches to this health pandemic in our nation and world.

Our school is supported by St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Des Peres, and is a part of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. St. Paul’s holds both national and state accreditation and enjoys the support and partnership of the Lutheran Elementary Schools Association and Lutheran Family & Children's Services.

Enrollment Process

Enrollment at St. Paul’s Lutheran School includes the completion of an Application for Admission with a non-refundable enrollment fee, an interview with the Principal, and the most recent report card (Gr. 1-8 transfer students).  Previous school and immunization records and a physical are also required of all new students to St. Paul’s.  Children entering Kindergarten must be five years old before August 1st.

Class size in grades 5-8 is limited to twenty-nine students per class for single session classes, and twenty-five per class for grades 1-4.  The limit in kindergarten is twenty students.

PRIORITY FOR ENROLLMENT IS AS FOLLOWS:

1.)  Students and families currently enrolled in Grades K -8;  

2.)  St. Paul’s Lutheran Church members;  

3.)  Students with no church membership;  

4.)  Students who are Lutheran, but not members of St. Paul’s;  

5.)  Students who are members of another Church.
